A huge thank you to the Rotary Club of Moses Lake Washington for sponsoring three CBCF clients and their families this Christmas. Your generosity will help bring comfort, joy, and a little extra peace to families who needed it most during the holiday season.

And a special thank-you to the amazing ladies at STCU Credit Union for wrapping each gift and adding that special Christmas magic to every family bag. Your care, creativity, and love truly made these blessings feel extra special.

Did you know that our Meals to Heal volunteer drivers logged over 7,000 miles throughout Grant and Adams Counties in 2025?

Our Meals to Heal program wouldn’t exist without these incredible volunteers. Thank you for your dedication and for helping ensure our clients receive delicious, nutritious meals as they go through cancer treatment.

Bruce and Patty Gering are two of our drivers and have been delivering meals for over six years- they never cease to bring joy and happiness to every delivery!

We are so grateful for our incredible CBCF Board of Directors 💙

Last Thursday, they didn’t just support our Client Holiday Social — they showed up. From serving dinner to spending time visiting and mingling with our clients, their hearts for this mission were on full display. Thank you for leading with compassion, generosity, and genuine care for the people we serve. Our clients felt the love.

We had the drawing for that incredible King Crab giveaway, supporting the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation, yesterday in the shop.

Troy Snyder was holding the bucket and Rhody Raymond pulled the winning ticket out. Congrats to our big winner Al Sackmann on taking home this great crab. Hope you enjoy!

All together, we raised $2,280 for the Cancer Foundation. Thank you to our wonderful community.

This week is your LAST chance to get your raffle tickets for the King Crab drawing. Go purchase yours at Ernies's Quality Meats and Wine before Friday!

Al Sackmann came through this last week and added 200 tickets to the jar and brought the total to 1631 tickets in the drawing for the King Crab giveaway.

The final drawing is December 13th so get your ticket purchases in before you miss the boat.
