Noel is a phenomenal Massage Therapist.
I'm always learning new techniques and helping clients in ways they didn't think would have an affect.

During this quarantine, a lot of us are sitting more. Knowing that you cant get a massage at this time, I encourage self massage and foam roller/tennis ball usage.
