This snowy day calls for a restock of magnesium lotion!

Magnesium is good for so many things! It promotes good sleep, energy production, muscle and nerve function, blood pressure regulation, & so much more!!

Winter time is definitely in full effect! We are looking at the first snow of the year and this wind is crucial!!

It can definitely make some of those old aches act up and there can be new aches that come this time of year!

This muscle ease cream has magnesium flakes in it so it is great to help relax those muscles while also promoting pain relief. I have it in a 4 oz and 2 oz jar.
