This is where it started. One truck. A small, tight-knit crew. Long days on the road and weeks at a time in North Carolina, doing whatever it took to get the job done and take care of our people. These were the very first Victory guys—laying the foundation for everything that came next.

Now:
From those early days, Victory Powerline Services has grown into a team of 80+ people, supported by a strong leadership group and a fleet built to serve communities across the regions we work in today.

Same mindset. Same standards.
Just a lot more people, trucks, and miles behind us.

As we celebrate 10 years of Victory, we’re looking back with gratitude—and forward with purpose.
