Let’s talk road trips with potty-trained toddlers!
This past weekend my daughter got to experience her first road trip ever, I was nervous about the trip because she isn’t a fan of being in her car seat for extended periods of time and the thought of going to different public bathrooms with her during the duration of the trip was cringeworthy. I try my best to be prepared for trips so I know I needed to find something to make her and me comfortable with the bathroom situation.
I found 3 products that really helped out and gave some peace of mind!
1. folding traveling potty was KEY. It’s compact and comes with a drawstring bag to easily carry and store.
2. Extra large toilet seat covers went perfect with the folding potty seat. I was initially going to use the seat covers in the bathrooms but realized that my daughter usually holds the side of the toilet when she uses it and that would be gross. The fact that these are long enough to drape over the sides of the seat was great and e ach seat cover is individually wrapped
3. 2 in 1 Go potty was essential for in-between stops. My daughter usually waits until the last minute to tell me it’s potty time so this was good for those emergency moments. We would pull over, pop this open and let her do her thing.
Hopefully these come in handy for you the way they were for me !
