In it, I explain the framework I use to develop lifelong martial strength — the five qualities that powerful martial artists consistently build over time:

• Pressure – breath-driven internal power
• Durability – strengthening bone, tendon, and muscle
• Integration – turning training into effortless martial power
These five pillars form the foundation of what I call The Iron Body System — a simple way to understand how the martial body is developed through consistent daily practice.
