Yoga at The WAC is back! Join us this evening (Monday) at 6pm! Our theme this week is hip openers. Hip-opening yoga postures can to increase hip flexibility and mobility, alleviate chronic lower back pain, and help to improve overall posture. By targeting deep muscles like the hip flexors, glutes, and adductors, these poses boost circulation, enhance balance, and provide emotional release by reducing stored stress and tension, which we can carry in this area of our body chronically without even realizing it!
