We are hosting our 3rd Annual Galentine’s Day Christ-centered yoga gathering, and it’s designed to help women slow down, breathe deeply, and center their hearts on Christ through gentle movement, prayer, and scripture.

This is beginner friendly and welcoming to every body. You don’t need yoga experience—just a willing heart and a desire to rest in God’s presence.
