In the South, more women are reclaiming breastfeeding — not just as a method of infant feeding, but as an act of healing, sovereignty, and cultural wisdom. 🌿

Breastfeeding provides perfect nutrition, strengthens immunity, and fosters a deep bond between mother and child. In rural communities, where resources may be limited, support networks are critical to ensuring every mother has the tools and encouragement she needs.

More Information & Support:
• La Leche League International
• WIC Breastfeeding Support
• U.S. Breastfeeding Committee

At Bridge to Equity Foundation, we are committed to nurturing strong starts for rural mothers. Breastfeeding is more than a personal choice — it’s an investment in community health and future generations. Let’s reclaim it, together. 💛
