I look like I’m standing on my hair. 😂 I swear sometimes all I wanna do is just hang upside down. Even upside down I can still see all the tension in my neck. I’ve been struggling with this, in my practice and in life. No matter how much I self massage (even on a lacrosse ball) or stretch, I cannot loosen up the muscles in my neck. I gotta go to a chiropractor or get me some silks. I only had a taste of aerial yoga but I loved it.
