Honey's Healing Light

I began my reiki journey about a year and a half ago when I received my first session. After coming back to work from a three month shut down due to Covid-19 I became angry and felt not at all like myself. I had just spent three months hearing I was not essential.( I suppose being a hairdresser isn't. Although I have clients that would argue and say their hairdresser is most definitely essential.) If they weren't talking about the virus they were talking about the election. If they weren't talking about the election it was the vaccine. And if it wasn't any of that it was all of their hardships. The loss of business. The loss of life. This went on in a vicious circle for almost a year. And during that year I just became angrier and angrier and so much not like myself. Realizing I needed to do something I took a friend's advice and her referral and saw an amazing woman for a reiki session. This was my first ever holistic healing session I've ever had and I did not know what to expect. I told this woman something was off and a doctor wouldn't be able to fix it. I told her all about not be able to work and then about how work was once I was back at it. The session was unlike anything I had ever experienced and it was amazing. It was this experience that started me on my journey. After a few sessions I started taking some of the classes this wonderful woman offers. I learned how to remove all the negative energy I was absorbing from so many people throughout the day. And I learned how to protect myself. Once I learned all this and saw the difference it made in my life I wanted to know more. I needed to know more. And now that amazing woman is my Reiki master and has taught me well. And I continue to learn and grow every day. This past year has been a whirlwind. I became reiki level one thinking my self healing would be enough. Then decided I needed to level up to reiki two because how could I not want to share this amazing thing with so many others who may need it. I also practice animal reiki and distance healing as well. And in between all that I have been learning so many other things I plan to offer one day as well. Thank you for reading my story maybe I'll even see you for a session.
