Laughter Wellness with Karen Laughter Wellness is a wonderfully healing tool for living your life to the fullest, with joy, excitement and enthusiasm! It truly is healing.

Laughter Wellness is a whole body, well-being workout that integrates Laughter Yoga exercises and the power of breath, movement, sound and engaging activities to promote a healthy, joyful and vibrant life. There are no yoga poses and you don't need to be flexible or funny. The yogic part of it is the breath work. Some of the many health benefits of Laughter Wellness include:
• reduces stress
• increases endorphins
• balances your blood pressure
• boosts your immune system
• boosts creativity
• relieves depression
• can shift your mental and emotional perspective
• leaves you feeling energized
• it's FUN
• and so much more!!

Thank you to everyone who attended tonight's Laughter Yoga session. It may appear for some to be a terrible day to hold a laughter session, in light of the tragic shooting events that occurred. However, Laughter Yoga is about raising our vibration. It's about tapping into our inner goodness, our inner joy, in a way that breeds positivity and community. It grounds us into our bodies. And yet lifts our spirits so that we may remember who we *truly* are, beyond our mind and ego. We show up with intention to care for ourselves, so that we can then feel whole enough to help take care of others. We infuse ourselves with positive vibrations, and with sincere intention, radiate those positive vibrations out into the world. Every session ends with us sending Love, Peace, and Joy out into the world. May we always remember our united humanness. ✨
