This was literally so simple, but somehow so delicious.

Chicken breast cooked with salt & pepper and then tossed in franks hot sauce.
Spaghetti squash roasted with salt & pepper & olive oil.
Slap them into some containers & boom.
It was missing a healthy fat, so I had a cheese stick for dessert 🤪
