Our Prescribed Strength for Runners classes are designed by physical therapists to help you run stronger, move better, and stay injury-free. 🏃

Every session is designed to:

- Improve run mechanics and efficiency
- Address current aches, pains, or injuries
- Build strength to prevent future injuries

Sessions are held at 6:33 PT in Mount Pleasant on Wednesdays at 7 AM and Fridays at 8 AM. Sessions are limited to 6 runners and pre-registration required.

Training for HYROX? 💪 Don’t forget to train your hip flexors.

HYROX places high demand on your hip flexors because you are constantly moving from a compressed position at the stations (rower, ski erg, lunge, etc.) to hip extension during run intervals.

Effective training requires strengthening the hip flexors to build load tolerance.
