Every time you hesitate before doing something bold, your brain isn’t predicting the future — it’s pulling up an old file.

It’s running a simulation based on who you used to be.

Neuroscientists call this predictive coding — your mind is a movie studio, constantly remaking the past and calling it “what’s possible.”

Here’s the glitch:
If you stop believing those predictions, your brain starts updating the script.
Your body stops bracing for danger.
