Some days, the hardest part of the day is simply getting out of bed… and that’s okay. 💕

Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious. Sometimes it looks like canceling plans. Sometimes it looks like silence. Sometimes it looks like staying in bed because everything feels overwhelming.
