A move-in/move-out cleaning is much more thorough than a routine cleaning. The goal is to leave the space as a "blank canvas," removing all traces of previous tenants or preparing the place to receive your furniture without any construction dust or accumulated dirt.
Here's what a professional and complete cleaning should typically include:
1. Kitchen (The most critical area)
This is where the most grease and organic residue accumulate.
• Interior and exterior of cabinets: Deep cleaning of shelves and drawers (where crumbs or spice residue often remain).
• Appliances: Cleaning the inside of the oven and microwave.
• Refrigerator: Complete cleaning inside and out, and, if possible, behind and under the appliance.
• Countertops and sink: Disinfection of surfaces and polishing of faucets to remove limescale.
2. Bathrooms
