Nathan has found great fulfillment in life by helping people in need—especially those who cannot help themselves. This calling led him to become a chaplain, where he provides compassionate spiritual counsel and meaningful grief support to patients and families.

🌟 New Team Member Spotlight 🌟

Please join us in welcoming Katelynn Staudinger to the Dover Health team!

As our Associate Executive Director, Katelynn will be supporting operations for both Home Health and Hospice in the St. Louis and Glen Carbon, IL areas, with a focus on streamlining our Hospice Bereavement and Volunteer programs.

💛 Why Dover Health?
From a young age, Katelynn knew that healthcare was her calling. She is passionate about serving vulnerable and underserved populations, advocating for those who need it most, and making a meaningful impact every day.

📚 Beyond Work:
In her free time, Katelynn enjoys reading and cooking. She is also a proud parent to two boys, Jackson (5) and Cooper (4).

🎉 Fun Fact:
Katelynn married her high school sweetheart at 20, and they are celebrating their 10th anniversary this January! They famously planned and executed their wedding in just 3 weeks due to her spouse joining the Air Force.

Our Chicago team had a blast at their holiday team-building event! 🎉 The fun kicked off at the Game Show Battle Room, where we put on our game faces and battled it out in true game show style. The celebration continued with a delicious meal at Buca di Beppo. 😋

The holiday spirit didn’t stop there! Our team also enjoyed a cozy hot chocolate social at Cedarhurst Senior Living of Naperville, giving everyone a chance to warm up, connect, and celebrate the season together. ☕🎄
