Good morning all!
I started a change in the way I consume my meals. I used to be very active 2 years ago, then suddenly I had become sidelined for roughly the following 2 years. My eating habits weren't the same and I didn't have the energy I normally had to get my workouts done or feel accomplished after my workouts.
Now after learning to cope and deal I decided to adjust my eating to my energy levels or to assist me on staying lean. I'm in the process of intermittent fasting along with the Herbalife formula 1. I can say after the first 3 days I feel a difference mentally and physically. Keep in mind, my choice on fasting is mine and doesn't take away the involvement of what the formula 1 product brings to the table.
To keep it short I have the formula 1 as my last meal of day (window of eating), then fast for the next 14-15 hours. My goal isn't to bulk up as I know that ship sailed a long time ago but overall longevity and stay lean is my goal. I'll keep updating my progress along with some before and after pictures.
