Blessed Imbolc, family 🦢🤍🌱

Deep within the earth, we feel a stirring… 🌱 the first seeds begin to stretch towards the light.. join us as we celebrate Imbolc: the midpoint between winter solstice and spring equinox. The first promise of spring!

We honor the Goddess Bridie (Bridget), of hearth fire and of water. Through candle anointings and whispered wishes to the water, through song and intention, we honor this turning point of the seasonal wheel.

Join Madhurai and Alyssa for a short Imbolc ceremony before dance this week! 6:30-7pm

2016 reminiscence trend ✨ I’d just graduated college with a degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
I was teaching yoga for survivors of s*x trafficking… following my dharma and at the same time toooootally unsure of what to do next.
I began traveling that year, visiting in Hawaii 🌺 for the first time, seeing fresh lava 🔥 and learning a lot in the heart realm.
I ended the year visiting India for the first time!! I remember applying for the Indian visa and I received it, with my passport, in the mail just HOURS before my flight to India departed!! 😬😂
I got my yoga teacher training in Kerala and traveled around the south a bit with my then-boyfriend. (We broke up shortly after, during the YTT! 😬)
It was a big year for me in finding my own truth at my center. Free from my school-based lifestyle I explored what life COULD look like! Of course coming to India for the first time was deeply impactful, and 10 years later I am still going back every year to deepen my studies and relationships, learn more, offer retreats, and visit temples.

Convincing myself that it’s not too late to post a year in review video for 2025… 😜 After all, January is not the season we are actually supposed to be moving quickly anyway! 😉

2025 was a big and beautiful year. I hosted a retreat in Kerala, almost died at the Kumbha Mela, traveled around India with my partner and friends, and moved back into Mount Shasta California. Since then we’ve been hosting lots of community Bhakti events. We got engaged and have been wedding planning 💐🥰 and in a few weeks more I’ll head back to India to host my next SOLD OUT Rishikesh pilgrimage!

Life is feeling really good and I know 2026 is going to be a year of great success!

I’m glad to be alive, glad I didn’t die last January 😵‍💫🤪 and grateful for all the boons I’ve received this year… and those coming soon!

Hibernating 🐻❄️

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this slow season. Normally, I am already in India at this time of year, but this year I wanted to have a cozy, slow winter full of crafting by the fire 🔥

It’s been nourishing on so many levels, to slow down.

(So if I haven’t texted you back in the last month… Please understand that this is why you are not alone😜)

Last night as we were heading to bed, William looked out the window and realized that it had snowed! We went for a long late night snowy walk ❄️🥰 and waltzed in the sparkling snow ✨

We are in full on wedding planning mode, which is also occupying a lot of my time and headspace, but in a happy way.

I hope wherever you are reading this, you are happy, warm, and have some really nourishing tea to drink 🥰 ☕️

Ecstatic to share that my annual Rishikesh retreat is SOLD OUT! 💃🏻🙌🏼✨🙏🏽

Super grateful to have the opportunity to guide these amazing 15 people around the world to some of my favorite spiritual places in Northern India!

We visit ancient meditation caves, ashrams of saints who are dear to my heart and spiritual path.. We practice yoga and meditation every morning as the sun rises over the Himalayas… we eat the best food in the world…!!
It’s the trip of a lifetime and a sincere opportunity to commune with the land where so much mysticism and spirituality is birthed from 🙏🏽
