🌷Spring Equinox Ceremony🌷

Guided by Lisa , we softened into our bodies and honored the wisdom gathered through the stillness of winter.

From there, we flowed into a beautiful neurographic art journey with that gently translating pieces of our inner world into form and expression.

We closed with a deeply nourishing sound bath, allowing everything to settle, integrate, and resonate within.

The present moment in every day like is so precious.

The snow melts, the river flows, the mountain stands tall and for a brief moment, we are here with it all.

Whatever this moment holds, allow yourself to be with it all… because it will never exist again.

Nature reminds me: life isn’t something to chase, change or ignore, it’s something to feel right now and when I allow this so much gratitude and joy flood through.

An Evening of Art, Sound & Reflection 🌸

Join us at Heart Bloom Yoga Center in Dunsmuir as we welcome the Spring Equinox a time of renewal, balance, and fresh beginnings.

This special evening is a collaboration between three women holding space for creativity, reflection, and connection.

✨ Lisa will open the gathering with a gentle introduction and invitation to sit with yourself and the energy of the season.
✨Jazzi will guide an intuitive art experience, helping you explore creative expression in a relaxed and supportive space.
✨Lauren will be offering a sound bath, allowing you to soften into the vibrations, relax deeply, and flow between sound and art as inspiration moves through you.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited into an intuitive artistic flow, moving between creating, listening, reflecting, and simply being.

I’m integrating something deeply that I’ve known in my mind for years:

I am not a fixer, a manager of anyone else’s life, and I am not here to hold what was never mine to carry.

For so long I thought love meant helping, holding, fixing, managing…and this turned into becoming a “healer”

Love is allowing and witnessing.
Allowing people their path.
Allowing their growth.
And witnessing them in their wholeness.

What isn’t mine to carry, I give back to God.
This healer title I give back to God and free myself from so many layers of expectation.
And in doing that, something beautiful happens…

the weight lifts, the heart opens, and life flows again.
We are not here to control each other.
We’re here to experience each other.
To witness each other’s greatness.
To grow, heal, and transform through what life brings us.

There is so much freedom in releasing what was never ours.
