Down 5.5LBS since June 23rd, 115LBS since November of 2023. Body fat percentage is down 13.8% overall too! Next stop sub-300LBS. Thank you to Premier U of Marion for being the best team to make this happen.

I felt last year, like i actually look today….

Left column is June of 2024
-54+ LBS down (371LBS) total.
-3xl shirts comfortably for the first time in YEARS.
-2 kids and the most supportive, driven, strong, beautiful wife of all-time.

Right column was this week.
-115LBS down (310LBS) total.
-Playing in between weight classes right now. Some brands it’s XL, some it’s 2xl but 3xl is almost always a hair too big.
-A 6 and a 2 year old with a supportive, driven, strong, and down quite a few pounds herself…lovely wife.

8lbs down from January to February, knocking on the door of 100lbs down in total. 10 pant sizes down, 6 inches off my belts, and some self reflection about how important diet is over almost everything else. Premier U of Marion always providing support and some tough love when necessary too!

It’s been a tough month. Our goal is to be 100LBS down at the 1-year mark which is coming up at end of November this year. If you struggle with over eating or can’t seem to cut sugar/sweets/desserts out of your diet…. I feel ya, always have, but especially this last month. Let’s get back on track starting today!
