Cactus leaves in place of tortillas! Season with carne asada meat seasoning and sear cactus- lay on plate and top with, browned Taco meat, Peruvian beans, crumbled queso, and salsa!

Tomatillo salsa 👇
1lb tomatillos 3 sirranos
Bake @500 until golden brown
5 cloves or garlic and salt
Blend all together

A little Jicama snack sprinkled with Tajin and lime was to die for!!

All the ingredients were found at Rancho Market! Simple, cost efficient, nutritious AND delicious 😋
