Kirby and Family was honored to support and attend the Veterans Day picnic, organized by the Mountain Home chapter of Disabled American Veterans. This year's picnic celebrated a significant milestone of zero veteran su***des in Baxter County.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month🩷

October is a month that Kirby and Family holds near and dear to our hearts. During the month of October, we proudly honor one of our own — Shirley Kirby, co - founder of Kirby and Family Funeral Home, and more importantly, breast cancer survivor!

Shirley bravely battled breast cancer with grace, strength, and unwavering faith nearly 30 years ago. She was a resource for others for years while she served as a chairwoman for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Mountain Home. Along with other survivors and supporters, she stood as a beacon of hope for those fighting.

Her journey inspires what we do at Kirby and Family every day. She is our personal reminder of why empathy matters. We strive to deliver that empathy to each and every family we serve.

On September 13th, our team member, Natasha, participated in the 𝘙𝘶𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘛𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 5K!

This meaningful event was a dedication to hope, healing, su***de awareness and prevention. It brings our community together to honor those we have lost, support those who may be struggling, and remind us all that no one is ever truly alone.

At Kirby & Family, we are committed to walking alongside families in their most difficult moments. We are so proud of Natasha for serving that mission in and outside our walls.
