I can remember the days when breakfast for me consisted of a coffee and muffin,☕🥯
or a bowl of cereal. 🥣
Yikes!
No wonder I had to take those naps at lunch. 💤
But seriously, I use to be a total "sugar addict" and most of my meals consisted of high carb foods.
Fast forward...
Breakfast for me looks a lot different now.
I don't get up and eat first thing in the morning.
I eat when I'm hungry. And most of the time, that's around 11am.
I've learned to listen to my body, and not just eat when the clock says it's breakfast, lunch or dinner.
At 50+, I had to switch things up. Foods I use to could eat, no longer worked for me anymore.
