The Mental Health Association's Self-Help, Advocacy and Education department just completed a series of training sessions for the entire faculty and staff of The County College of Morris. The objective? To honor the Madison Holleran Act, which educates the faculty and staff on su***de prevention. Madine Despeine, Tracy Klingener, and Al Shurdom held multiple successful sessions with the help of the wonderful Ariella Panek, and the Counseling Services and Student Success department at CCM, and the incomparable Rita Ragany-Bayer from CCM’s Human Resources. This poignant and necessary series saw over 450 staff and faculty receive this important training.

The Hope One van debuted today! With the help of Morris County Sheriff, James Gannon, CARES and MHAMC's very own, Danielle Pera, the van's mission will be to give hope to those struggling with addiction.
