We love interacting with our community of amazing people! We partner people with horses to provide a unique approach to leadership training, team building, and personal development with hands-on activities and exercises with horses at a local ranch. We offer custom designed individual sessions and group workshops, which allow people to interact with the horses in order to hone relational skills, improve nonverbal communications, broaden perspectives of leadership roles, practice working as teams, challenge problematic thinking patterns, eliminate internal obstacles, and learn to influence and inspire others. By working with a herd of horses, people can experience the primitive and powerful world of natural leadership, practice effective trust building, and discover the innate leader within.

Circle Up is excited to introduce two of our Core Facilitators, Judith Forrest and Stephanie Holdenried, who work together out of a 14-horse historic stable property set amid a National Park on the California coast in Marin County.

Using the Natural Leadership Model, Judith works with leaders who “need support and guidance to reconnect (or connect) with their inner alignment, grounded and natural leadership capacities.”

Stephanie continues, “For me, personally, having Natural Leadership in my toolbox helps me organize my thoughts and tune into my body’s innate wisdom when I need some direction or problem solving. I am so excited to bring Natural Leadership into my existing and new equine-assisted facilitation work.”
