Your setup controls where the tension goes — dial it in or lose the lift. 🧠💥
🔥 Quick Setup Keys:
🔹 Seat Height → Handles at chin/upper chest.
Too high = unnecessary strain.
Too low = limited range.
🔹 Back Pad Angle → Slight lean (85–90°).
Too upright = traps take over.
Too far back = upper chest starts taking over.
🔹 Handles Matter:
• Neutral grip = more front delt
• Pronated grip = mid delt
• Wide grip = lateral delt focus
🔹 Don’t cheat the stretch.
Control the bottom — feel that deep lengthening before driving up.
Press through the elbows, not momentum. 💪
