Lynn does a GREAT job of describing the journey from conventional deodorant to natural deodorant! I made the switch years ago, and SO glad I did!! My experience was similar to hers, with the exception that I do put a specific EO blend in my pits before I use the natural deodorant (and I use the same one that she does!)

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a bacteria that infects the stomach and is a common cause of stomach (peptic) ulcers. Between 50% and 75% of the world's population is infected with H. pylori. The ability of H. pylori to form biofilms makes it resistant to antibiotics. Clove bud essential oil inhibited drug-resistant clinical and lab strains of H. pylori, suppressed its biofilm formation, and demonstrated strong anti-inflammatory activity. This suggests that clove bud essential oil represents a promising solution to fight H. pylori infection and reduce the risk of stomach ulcers.
