I hear quotes like this daily- and I think I’ll start sharing.
This couple, with the use of macro counting and lifestyle awareness, made incredible changes to their weight and life in just 6 weeks, losing over 20lbs combined. The wife hit her goal weight 2 weeks earlier than she wanted before her big 60th birthday trip! We forget how much mindfulness of diet and exercise and just the right proportion of macros in our meals can make changes for our bodies. Note that these patients weren’t even on weight loss medication. If you haven’t done macros and have questions, drop them below!
