Free summer groups with activities for teens:
Me Time is a 6-week group for teens ages 13 to 17 to learn skills to manage mild depressive symptoms. Each class includes a fun activity to help teens understand that doing more enjoyable activities can help improve their mood.
Me Time with aerial skills instruction starts Tuesday, June 16, 2-4pm in Midvale
Me Time with indoor dock climbing starts Thursday, June 18, 10am-noon in West Valley City

Today was a truly special day for our team. A group of our staff and clients had the joy of cheering on our very own Essence as she graduated from college. Watching one of our own walk across that stage filled us with so much pride.
