The holidays are here, and sometimes a little support goes a long way.

If you or someone you love is navigating grief, you don’t have to walk this season alone. Our Community Grief Support Group at The Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center offers a safe place to share, connect, and find strength whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a change in independence, or any significant life transition.

Monthly on the 3rd Thursday
3:30–4:30 p.m.
Open to residents, family members and staff
Facilitator: Chaplain Chipo Makwakwa

Together, we will learn coping tools, build resilience, and create room for healing during a tender time of year.

Nightingale’s Hospice is seeking a Medical Social Worker & Volunteer Coordinator (Hybrid Role) to join our compassionate, mission-driven team.

This role combines direct support for patients and families with leadership of our volunteer program perfect for someone who loves both clinical care and community connection.

You will:
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Support patients and families emotionally and practically
• Participate in IDG/QAPI
• Connect families to resources
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers

You bring:
• MSW degree
• Healthcare experience (hospice preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A heart for service

🌞 What a beautiful day on the green! ⛳

We were honored to participate in Southwest Healthcare’s 27th Annual Scott Crane Memorial Charity Golf Tournament at Journey at Pechanga! The sun was shining, the energy was high, and it was such a joy connecting with our incredible medical community doctors, nurses, first responders, EMTs, and healthcare partners.

At Nightingale’s Hospice, we believe that every connection matters, that being known before we’re needed allows us to bring comfort and peace when it’s needed most.

Nightingale’s Hospice was proud to partner with The Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center to bring treats and smiles to residents, staff, and their families during their annual Trunk or Treat event!

Partnering with the best care providers makes us stronger and helps make our community even better.
