Sometimes you need a side-by-side to see how much progress you’ve made in just over 30 days! I wouldn’t know it by looking at the scale because it barely moves these days (due to menopause😅)
I know I keep talking about these patches, but because I ran out of them for a week and a half in May, I BLEW UP with inflammation and pain…and coincidentally I had a dermatology appointment during that flare.
The doctor revealed that I have been dealing with gout/arthritis. Super painful condition that I didn’t fully realize I had😳the patches had been keeping it all under control🤯🥰🌟💜
So obviously I made some significant dietary changes that very day, and I have not looked back.
The inflammation is dissipating & I’m shrinking more and more each day🥰🤩✨👍🏽✊🏼💪🏽it’s time to add another day of lifting 🏋️and add cardio back into the mix and really get my strong body back✊🏼👍🏽🤗

It seems as if I am always on a health and wellness journey!
Always searching for more natural ways to heal and thrive, while keeping longevity in mind.
It’s been a roller coaster for me with menopause and just life in general.
I want to keep sharing these phototherapy patches I’ve been using because they help with (EVERYTHING) aches & pains, inflammation, hormone regulation, sugar cravings, and accelerated fat burning and weight loss.

“Is black magic real?”
“Is the power of God real?”
The answer to both questions is: YES.
This realm of existence is made up of contrast.
You’ve heard the saying “as above; so below” as within, so without…we live in a spectrum of frequencies and vibrations, with infinite extremes in every direction.
We can choose to vibrate at a higher frequency, with absolute love being the highest there is…then there’s the lower vibrational frequencies that involve jealousy, hatred, and far, far worse things that require no mention here.
Black magic is real, there is absolutely no doubt. However, it requires your permission to attach. It’s most often done by deception, lying and trickery. Otherwise you’d never agree to allowing this into your field of energy.
Ignorance to it, or refusal to believe it is real are the biggest problems with becoming aware that you are under actual psychic attack.
It CAN be safely removed, you CAN protect yourself, your home and property, and your loved ones.
This type of thing can affect your physical health, to the point of severe illness and death.
It is no joke.
I don’t mess with black magic, but I do work with energy, and I help to release, remove, return, move, and replace energies, thought patterns and beliefs systems that no longer serve you.
It all comes down to YOU.
