Private Reiki sessions are available this weekend in the Temecula area.

For new clients, I’m offering an introductory session for $65.

I currently have limited Saturday and Sunday appointments available, and once those spots are booked, I’ll be scheduling into next week.

These are private one-on-one sessions designed to be calming, grounding, and personalized. Depending on what you’re needing, sessions may include Reiki, grounding, light sound support, breath, and intuitive guidance.

This is a good place to start if you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of a reset.

Somewhere between Neville Goddard and Jim Rohn is where I tend to land.

I believe your thoughts matter. I believe self-talk matters. I believe vision matters.

But I also believe that if your affirmation says, “I am changing,” and your actions say, “I am avoiding the work,” your life is going to respond to the action, not the pretty sentence.

Sometimes the most powerful affirmation is the honest one:

“I am not doing what I need to do yet.”

Not as shame. As truth.

Because truth gives you a starting point. And once you have a starting point, you can take the next right action.

That is where manifestation becomes real.

I’ve had a few people ask what a Reiki session actually consists of, so I wanted to explain it simply.

At Frequency Practice, sessions are private, in person, and designed to be calm, grounding, and supportive.

We start with a short check-in so I can understand what you’re needing that day. From there, the session may include Reiki, grounding, chakra balancing, light sound bowl work, and intuitive guidance as needed.

The goal is not to “perform” relaxation or know exactly what to do. It’s simply a quiet space to pause, breathe, and let your mind and body settle.

These sessions can be supportive for stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, grief, sleep struggles, and feeling disconnected from yourself.

Introductory 45-minute sessions are available for $65 in the Temecula / Murrieta area.
