Hit 205 on squats last week! I got 210, but it wasn’t low enough for my liking, so I’m not counting it!
My all-time max is 235 and I would LOVE to get above that, but I know that it is going to take a while after recovering from an injury. I’m just so grateful that I can lift again. I’m less worried about the weight and more worried about staying healthy. 🤩
