Hit 205 on squats last week! I got 210, but it wasn’t low enough for my liking, so I’m not counting it!
My all-time max is 235 and I would LOVE to get above that, but I know that it is going to take a while after recovering from an injury. I’m just so grateful that I can lift again. I’m less worried about the weight and more worried about staying healthy. 🤩

Quick video of 115x5. It feels so good to be back into lifting again! Right before I stopped lifting, I benched 150lb for one rep. My goal is to do that again! At the time I weighed 150, so I benched my bodyweight! I am at 140 now, so it would now be over my bodyweight! Big goals, but I’m in no rush!

A pic from last week because this girl is sick AF! I went on a little mini vacay over the weekend and got to enjoy lots of trails, food, and family ❤️. I started to feel a little off on Monday and woke up Tuesday SUPER sick. I’ve been laying in bed since then!
By the time I get back into the gym, it’ll be time to start bulking! I’m super excited for this bulk. I just KNOW it’s going to be a good one.

Here’s a track workout for ya! 🤩
Your warmup and cooldown can also be a 1-2 lap jog around the track, a walk, or anything you want to do as long as it gets your leg muscles warmed up and ready!! I chose to do a bike ride because my car is getting fixed and it was a close enough ride to the track! 😊

*It’s not a gym session without at least 5 minutes of flexing in the mirror. 💪🏼

I’m sharing this to tell you that muscle growth takes a LOT of time, consistency, and patience. There aren’t major differences between these two pics, but there is definitely improvement! That improvement took a whole year!! Reaching your goals will never be easy. There is never a quick fix. There is only hard work and CONSISTENCY! 🩶

First time benching in foreverrr!
I’ve been doing a unilateral program for about 6 weeks now, so I am ready for some bigger lifts!
I am starting a 5x5 program! This means I’ll be doing 5 sets of 5 reps for my bigger movements (squat, bench, deadlifts, barbell rows, etc.). Since this will be so high volume, I will only be doing a couple of exercises per workout. I’ll be sharing my workouts on here, as usual. 🤩
