UPDATE: The Pharmacy is back online and operating. Please be aware that there may be some slight delays as they work to catch up from the downtime.

Our pharmacy system is currently down, and we are unable to fill prescriptions or access patient records at this time.

Medications that were already prepared may be picked up only if there is no copay due or the patient has an established charge account.

Our IT team is working on the issue, but we do not have an estimated time for when the system will be back up. We will share an update as soon as service is fully restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Today, a small group of HealthWest consumers had the opportunity to travel to Lansing for Voices in Action: Self-Advocacy Day. The event empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to connect with lawmakers, share their experiences, and speak up about issues that matter to them.

We would like to that State Representative Will Snyder for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet with us!
