Restorative Roots: A Return to Enough is a 30-hour teacher training designed to reconnect you with the subtle, powerful art of holding space. This training is rooted in nervous system science, ancient yogic wisdom, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Arm balances aren’t just about strength—they’re about presence.
Hover is an advanced asana teacher training that helps you break down the bold, playful, and focused world of arm balancing. This is where stillness meets strength, where the body lifts, and the mind gets quiet enough to stay.
In this training, you’ll learn how to teach a wide range of arm balances—from foundational shapes like Crow to more advanced transitions like Flying Pigeon or Eka Pada Koundinyasana. You’ll explore the anatomy of lift-off, wrist safety, bandhas, and the breath patterns that support control and grace.
We’ll look at sequencing, cueing, modifications, and the mindset it takes to help students meet fear, build strength, and find flight—on their terms.
This isn’t about showing off.�It’s about showing up—with grounded power and spacious awareness.

The Bend Wellness Center & Yoga Studio has two studio locations in Mustang, OK and Bethany, OK. We believe that yoga is for every body and we like to work with the whole person. From the moment you step into one of The Bend’s studios, you will feel welcomed, at home, and a sense of peace. We want to be your home away from home. Somewhere to rest, restore, build strength physically, mentally and emotionally. The Bend is where you can learn to believe in yourself, trust yourself, be inspired by yourself and love yourself.
