For years I didn’t believe in myself.
Every choice felt like I had to ask permission.
Even buying something as small as shampoo + conditioner felt “too much.”
I’d talk myself out of it… or tell myself I didn’t deserve both.
But the day I finally bought them — no guilt, no hesitation — something shifted.
It wasn’t about hair care.
It was about trust.
About proving to myself: I believe in me.
Every time I face a fear now — big or small — I remind myself of that simple truth:
💫 Self-belief is built in the little choices.
💫 And when I trust myself in the small things, I rise strong in the big things.
So yes, sometimes buying the shampoo + conditioner is spiritual.
It’s saying: I’m worthy. I trust me. I believe in me. 💕
