Things have been a bit quiet around this corner. Meanwhile, in the world of Sound of Light Wellness, things have been anything but quiet. I ended the year with several community and private sound baths. Not a shabby way to wrap up 2025. January came in hot with some heavy news from my family that led me back to Kansas for the last few months.

As I progress through homeopathy school, I will need to continue to streamline my services. I am currently focusing on my one-to-one tuning fork therapy sessions and auriculotherapy (ear seeds) sessions. Currently booking for June and beyond.

I will also be taking acute (think recent injury or sickness) homeopathic cases through my school clinic if you would like to book me for that. I will make a post on that soon with more info. I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey!

As I wake up to a world that is seemingly louder each and every day, I realize more the gravity of the pause. Of silence. In a world that doesn’t stop speaking we must learn to stop speaking. To listen. To be silent. More now than ever, we must lean into our faith and practices that sustain us. Strengthen us. I commend these amazing humans for doing just that. We cannot control the world or others. We CAN control our thoughts. Our actions. Our responses. We CAN control how we honor our body, mind and spirit. Thus leading to the honoring of others.

And so it begins. 2nd year homeopathy student, here. I "should have" graduated in June earlier this year. I had just barely started my first year back in 2021 before life came crashing down (as it is apt to do). It's ok to pause, recalibrate if you will, during these times. Sometimes I feel too old to be doing this, but that's ok. As long as you're breathing, you can be learning. Never give up on your dreams.
