Todays workout was fast and hard:
5 rounds for time.
7 total exercises and 5 reps per exercise.
95 # barbell.
1m30s rest in between rounds.
10 min and loose change of work.
16 min and loose change total time invested. I felted totally gassed afterwards and completely out of breath. I’ll take it as a sign of progressing onto the next workout.
