Hello, my dear friends,
Have you ever given a gift to someone just because it was the thing to do?
Or have you ever been given a gift from someone who you can tell… didn’t really want to give it?
How did that feel?
Even if it is something very nice, did it feel-empty?
And have you ever been given a “useless” gift, something like a crayon scribbling from a joyful child, and felt so honored, so happy?
Why is that? What is the difference between those two kinds of giving?
Its because real giving comes from the heart!
When giving a gift with real love behind it, you appreciate that the actual gift is of the spiritual qualities from the heart. it’s from love, joy, gratitude and happiness that motivated its giving and that is what we really value.
The practice of giving, like the journey of healing, never ends. One simply returns again and again to a new beginning.
One is always beginning, And if you can do that while also being open to change and the growth it brings, simply committing to doing the best you can in the moment you find yourself in, you will find you are really always just receiving one blessing after another.
Giving is at the heart of Spring Forest Qigong and it is one the easiest ways to open your heart for healing- yourself, others, and the world.
Giving becomes incredibly simple and powerful… with no cost, limitless benefit, and endless return.
Give your love-Unconditionally.
That means, no thought of returns, no thought of outcomes: simply love because love is enough.
Yet what results, what will come back, one way or another, one day or another, will surprise you beyond any possible expectation or imagination.
Giving is at the heart of Spring Forest Qigong and it is one the easiest ways to open your heart for healing- yourself, others, and the world.
You can give an ear—Your attention. Simply to listen deeply, completely, with a compassionate heart already helps energy to transform for the better. Simply to listen to suffering, with no thought of anything else is an act of profound unconditional love.
Give a smile. Listen deeply, completely, with a compassionate heart already helps energy to transform for the better. Simply to listen to suffering, with no thought of anything else, is an act of profound unconditional love.
Be kind to others. Be grateful to them for giving you the opportunity to share your love and kindness.
How will you radiate your love today?
Happy Holidays to your and your family ❤
Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin
