Evolve Therapy Center LLC I find it a privilege to assist clients in their journey through life’s challenges and guiding them towards self awareness and personal growth.

My clinical experience include individual and couples counseling focusing on issues with relationships, grief, addiction, co-dependency, depression/anxiety, self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and life adjustment issues. Since I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable place, I take pride in helping clients find joy and healing in the therapeutic process. I approach each client with “unconditional positive regard” and structure each session with the individual’s needs in mind. I believe that by facilitating a nurturing environment with a client centered focus, it enhances the healing process relative to trauma, unresolved grief, and abuse that underlies many mental health issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I have a special interest in trauma informed care, substance abuse counseling, self-esteem issues, marriage and family counseling, and grief counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults of all ages.
