fortunate enough to be married to my best friend and we have been blessed with four daughters. My family is a big motivator for me to be and do my personal best. I have been working as a massage therapist for over 20 years and I still absolutely love it! I am always learning new techniques and discovering different ways to help alleviate pain. Deep tissue, hot stone therapy, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, neuromuscular and sports massage are just some of the techniques I may incorporate into your treatment. Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that promotes overall balance. I work with each client individually to meet their needs and expectations. Massage therapy is a part of me as is yoga. Yoga keeps me in the present moment and has taught me how to get back to my true self. It is so easy these days to find ourselves over scheduled and in the midst of chaos. Yoga can help you to slow down and breathe. Just breathing mindfully is practicing yoga. I focus a lot on the breath because once you are aware of your breath you are in your body. It is almost impossible to be focused on your breath and doing something else at the same time. My yoga practice is what keeps me going when life gets messy. I use my practice to help me grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually as well as physically. I am passionate about helping others to grow as well. Anyone can do yoga. Yoga is a personal practice and not a competition. I love yoga and massage therapy. I feel both modalities are essential to our overall health and well being. I have been a licensed cosmotologist for almost 20 years. I am excited to be able to incorporate all of my passions at Rejuvenation Day Spa and Salon.
