Joanna Ducey is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who received her 200-hour teacher certification at Back Bay Yoga in Boston with incredible mentors Lynne Begier and Ame Wren. She furthered her training through a second 200-hour training in Forrest Yoga, which she completed under the guidance of Ana Forrest in Peterborough, England. She is also a Health Coach, certified in Thai Yoga Massage, and offers personal consultations and group classes, both in yoga and in nutrition! She subscribes to anti-diet, intuitive eating and gently nutrition principles.
