We want to officially welcome, Alex Del Castillo, to the RHY teaching team 🥳🔥

Many of you have already taken class with Alex as he has been a substitute teacher for quite some time. We are so happy to announce that you can now get on the mat with him every week for Hot Yin on Sundays at Magnolia Row, 1pm starting May 25th.

With this exciting announcement, we are also sadly saying goodbye to Danielle Duvall, who has been a part of the RHY team since we opened in 2018. She and Ged, also an RHY teacher, will be moving out of state soon and continuing their journey in a new location.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication and heart that Danielle and Ged have brought to Real Hot Yoga since the very beginning. Their presence has shaped our community in countless ways, and while we’re sad to see them go, we’re excited for the next chapter in their journey. They will always be part of the RHY family! 🫶🫶

Danielle will be teaching May 11th and her last class will be May 18th. Please get on the mat with her one last time! ❤️

108 is a powerful number rooted in numerous meanings. Preforming 108 Sun Salutations is a vigorous practice that many people do for seasonal changes and new beginnings. It’s also a great practice mentally, physically, and spiritually for the start of the New Year.
