Weight Loss Motivation Group Studies show that people lose more weight when they are in a weight loss group vs doing it alone. Welcome to our new support group!

I created this space for all of us to connect and encourage each other on our individual weight loss journeys. Here, we can share motivation, delicious and healthy recipes, effective workout tips, and build supportive friendships as we work towards our personal goals. To keep things positive and focused on progress, instead of sharing large final goal weights, let's each set smaller, achievable goals. This could be anything from fitting into a smaller dress size to practicing portion control or aiming to lose a specific amount, like 10 pounds. Please share these personal goals with the group and also keep track of them in your own journal. Journaling can be a really helpful tool to note your challenges, like those afternoon cravings, as well as your successes and any strategies that are working well for you. Remember, you don't have to do this alone. Please lean on each other and feel comfortable sharing both your good days and your more challenging ones within the group. If you're facing a particular hurdle, chances are someone else here can relate and we can brainstorm together to find solutions.
