On Thursday, June 5th at 6:33am, little Ezekiel traveled safely out of his Mama and into her arms. He was perfect. I had the honor to be a part of this beautiful pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I got to joyfully observe his Daddy and his Aunt use all the holistic pain management tools I taught them to help Mama along with her all natural birth plan. The labor room was filled with laughter and love, and that was the environment where he took his first breaths. Mama was a warrior!

Welcome to the world, little man! I pray you bring light everywhere you go for all of your days! I am grateful to have been a part of your birth story.

On March 17th, this precious tiny 5lb 15ounce baby boy arrived! I watched in awe of the loving support his daddy showed his mama throughout labor. I watched his grandmother encourage his mama at the hardest moments of labor. I got to watch his tiny head (full of hair) crown, and his little bitty body slip out into the world…then right on to his mama’s warm safe chest he went - for their sacred golden hour. Mama was brave and strong. She worked hard. She did it all natural, with only the holistically given pain management I provided her and the prayers we filled the room with. She was a warrior and I am so proud of her! I was honored to be a part of this beautiful birth journey. Welcome little man!! - Doula Kate
