Girls with Grit Adventure Co Women's ski, mountain bike, fly fishing, river + lake SUP + adventure clinics, lessons + retreats in the PNW.

My goal is to encourage and help women & kids (my husband, Andy, coached the men's side through our over-arching coaching company, MADE) to be the strongest and most inspiring versions of themselves - mentally and physically. I do this through providing a positive and supportive environment where clients can learn the foundations and skills of mountain biking, can hone their intermediate-expert skills & increase their confidence while skiing, and to build a strong skill set to stand up paddle board on lakes and rivers - as well as create training & nutrition plans to get you out trail running and reaching your health and wellness goals. Winter’s finally arrived in the PNW - and with that, our day clinics and clinic series at and Alpental are filling on up. 🎿💃✨

❄️NEW for the season, check out our Women’s Wednesday Progression Series Skills Clinics which consist of two hour clinics, 3 days a month. We are hosting these series in January, February and March!

❄️Our tried and true full day clinics are back again — and new for this year, we’ll be hosting our Intermediate Clinics at Silver Fir and Summit Central — and those Advanced and Expert Clinics? We’ll do our best to host them at Alpental but if conditions are dangerous or better at Silver Fir, we’ll be moving the clinic there so that you can get coaching you deserve on terrain/conditions that is the most suitable for learning.

❄️ is back teaching Men’s Advanced/Expert Ski Clinics for those few lucky gents that get spots each month.

❄️Our first annual Women’s Ski + Board Day at Silver Fir is on Feb 6th so put it on your calendars now! You can join one of our Women’s Clinics that day or just join the free ladies Meet-Up to grow your shred crew! These experiences focus on intermediate-expert skill levels — helping women gain the tools and confidence to unlock their true potential — and open more terrain on the mountain in the process.

Baby steps are the name of the game — and creating a fun environment focused on overcoming fears is the bread and butter of every GWG camp, lesson and clinic. Who knows! You may even love moguls as much as head coach + owner does by the end of your clinic. 😉
