A new chapter’s being written here at Karcher—and our care team is crafting it with purpose. We want to introduce you to some of the people quietly reshaping Karcher’s future. Starting with Gena!

👋 Meet Gena Haling: Our powerhouse Executive Director and Health & Wellness Director!

Gena’s journey started at just 18 years old as a caregiver, and it didn’t take long before she realized that senior care was more than just a job..it was a calling. Over the years, she worked her way up from med tech to CNA, to LPN, and eventually to becoming a registered nurse and the dynamic leader she is today. 💪

What keeps her inspired?
✨ “I’ve always loved working with seniors. They can be a forgotten population, especially those without family, but they have the most incredible stories. They all bring something special to the table.”

Gena also oversees every clinical assessment for new residents and makes sure every person who joins our Karcher family is cared for, respected, and supported from Day One. 💛
