Ever feel like you and your partner are having the same fight on repeat… even when you swear you’re trying your best?
You’re not alone — and there’s a reason those patterns feel so hard to break.

I’m excited to share that my associate, Dr. Natasha Oxenburgh, Psy.D., will be teaching a FREE workshop on understanding relationship patterns and why certain conflict cycles feel so sticky.

✨ The Same Fight Again? Understanding Your Relationship Patterns
📅 Sunday, December 21 | 1–3 PM
📍 Uptown Oakland
🔗 RSVP required (only 15 spots!): tinyurl.com/SameFightAgain

In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• How attachment styles shape your emotional reactions
• Why we repeat the same relational patterns
• The 3 most common conflict cycles couples get stuck in
• Strategies to shift your patterns and create more connection

If you’re wanting to understand yourself (and your partner) more deeply — this is such a supportive place to start. 💛

Open to all individuals. Free to attend, but spots are limited.

Feel free to share with someone who might benefit!

I’m excited to introduce Natasha Oxenburgh, my associate therapist, who is now accepting new clients. Natasha works with adults, couples, and teens from diverse backgrounds, including those with immigration histories, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality difficulties, and psychotic experiences. She has a particular interest in supporting new parents, as these transitions bring profound identity shifts that deserve space and exploration.

Natasha’s approach focuses on emotional processing and uncovering patterns in how we relate to ourselves and others. She is calm, curious, and warm, offering a spacious, nonjudgmental environment for reflection, insight, and meaningful growth.

I’m so excited to share that I’m back from maternity leave and accepting new clients! 🌿

Taking this time away to welcome and care for my baby has deepened my appreciation for the profound transitions, joys, and challenges that come with early parenthood. Whether you’re navigating the tender early months, working through relationship changes, or simply trying to stay grounded amidst it all — you don’t have to do it alone.

In my practice, I offer:
✨ Short-term birth trauma therapy (for individuals and couples) — a somatic, 3–12 session process designed to help you release stored stress from birth and reconnect with a sense of safety and calm.
✨ Talk therapy for parents of young children — supporting individuals and couples in understanding themselves, their relationships, and their children with more compassion and balance.

👉🏽If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy (or returning after a break), now is a beautiful time to begin. You can schedule a free consultation through the link in my bio 🤍

P.S. If you are searching for a therapist and you need help in the process, I’m always happy to connect people with therapists. I know it can be hard to find the right therapist. Feel free to DM me!

P.S.S. I’ll be offering my free birth trauma workshop again in the coming months and probably at some new venues! Keep your eyes peeled for the next one. Or if you’d like to be emailed when the next one is planned, please dm me and I can add you to my newsletter 😌

Honored to be featured on ! On this podcast, we discuss:

Ever had a gut feeling that your client’s postpartum depression or anxiety wasn’t just about hormones? What if the real root is an unspoken birth experience, a wound that’s been hiding in plain sight? This episode is a must-listen for anyone in perinatal mental health, functional health, or holistic postpartum care. Dr. Maya Weir peels back the layers of birth trauma, exploring its deep neurological effects, how it secretly shows up in the postpartum period, and why therapy alone often don’t work. Transform how you support your postpartum clients, understand maternal trauma at its core, and add powerful somatic healing techniques to your toolbox.

If you want to listen, the link is in my highlights under “birth trauma” or feel free to DM me and I’ll send you the link directly.
